4. Return and Refund Policy

• You have the right to return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.
• The customer is responsible for shipping and return costs
• Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets our return conditions (No Internal or external damage and in original packaging). When your return will be approved, we will notify you and process your refund within 7 business days. In the event the item does not meet the return criteria, we will notify you with the reason for the rejection.
• Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs for both delivery and returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the shipping destination.
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
